cant manage users from openadmin

When i click on Manage for a user i get blank page with a txt {"error":"An unexpected error occurred"}

On which panel version? OS?
I can't reproduce this on demo that runs 0.2.3 https://demo.openpanel.co/openadmin/ nor on my instance running 0.2.4..

Check admin logs from OpenAdmin > Services > View Log Files then select "OpenAdmin Error Log"

or from terminal tail -50 /var/log/openadmin/error.log AFTER you get that error on interface, and share output here.

Hi did you found solution ?. i have also same issue when i installed clean openpanel, i cannot access Users page.

close other windows and get errors from the same time as when visiting page in browser.
