Can't create a new database user on fresh install

Hello, I'm new with openpanel, recently install 1.6.5 on ubuntu 24.04 and I wasn't able to create new database user I'm receiving a 500 error, also if I change the root password I can't load the database list. is there anything I'm missing? can someone help me with that.

For users page, this is a bug on 1.6.4 and was immediately fixed for 1.6.5 - so just run opencli update

Regarding root password, change the password in their /home/USERNAME/.env file: https://github.com/stefanpejcic/openpanel-configuration/blob/2fe1f28569a6aafcceac76b51c2391f55b25a230/docker/compose/1.0/.env#L68
