Im running install on digitalocean for same os and pyhton version, will get back in _10min after its finished.

From the error, appears that file download from google cloud failed in your case, which is strange, but ill try to reproduce it

cant reproduce it on digitalocean or hetzner, install is successful:

wget

Might jjust be some connection issue from your server to the google bucket, try manually

wget https://storage.googleapis.com/openpanel/0.3.6/opencli-main.tar.gz

if that works, just repeat install with both --repair and --debug - debug will show the output of the wget if fails.
